Every relationship experiences challenges. Whether you're navigating conflict, grief and loss, major life transitions, feeling disconnected, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, counselling can provide a supportive space to work through these experiences together.
I work with couples at every stage of their relationship, including those who are dating, preparing for marriage, married or in long-term partnerships, as well as individuals seeking support following separation.
My approach is influenced by the Gottman Method, incorporating practical, evidence-based relationship strategies alongside a person-centred approach. Together, we explore the patterns within your relationship, improve communication, deepen understanding, rebuild trust where appropriate, and develop healthier ways of navigating challenges.
Relationship counselling offers a safe, collaborative and non-judgemental environment where both partners can feel heard and understood. My role is not to take sides, but to support you in working towards the goals that are most important for your relationship.
Relationship counselling can help you to:

Increase emotional and sexual intimacy

Seeking support as an individual following separation
Relationship counselling is available in person from my private counselling rooms in Camden and Picton, NSW, providing a calm and confidential space away from the demands of everyday life. Online video counselling is also available, offering flexibility for couples and individuals who prefer to attend from home. After-hours appointments are available to help accommodate work, family, and other commitments.
Relationship counselling sessions are 90 minutes to allow sufficient time for both partners to be heard, explore concerns together, and work collaboratively towards your relationship goals.
